1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: account details (email, name), workspace configurations, project data, and plan inputs. We also collect usage data such as generation runs, preview sessions, and deployment activity for service operation and improvement.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: operate and improve the Service, process billing, enforce usage limits, provide customer support, detect and prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Storage and Security

Account and project data is stored in Supabase (Postgres) with row-level security policies. Build artifacts and exports are stored in Cloudflare R2. Secrets are encrypted using Supabase Vault and are write-only — they cannot be retrieved after being set. Platform secrets are stored in Cloudflare Secrets Store.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data according to your subscription plan: Free (30 days), Pro (180 days), Team (3 years). After the retention period, data may be automatically purged. You can request immediate deletion through your account settings.

5. Data Export and Deletion (GDPR)

You have the right to export your data at any time through Settings > Data & Compliance. You can request deletion of your workspace or entire account. Deletion is permanent and includes all projects, revisions, artifacts, secrets, R2 objects, and preview sessions.

6. Third-Party Services (Subprocessors)

We use third-party services to operate the platform. See our Subprocessors page for a complete list. These services are contractually bound to protect your data.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use PostHog for product analytics with appropriate data handling. You can opt out of non-essential tracking in your account settings.

8. Your Rights

Under GDPR and similar regulations, you have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your personal data. You can exercise these rights through your account settings or by contacting us.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
