Terms of Service
Last updated: February 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Zelio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Zelio is an AI-powered application generator that helps users plan, build, and deploy web applications. The Service includes plan generation, code generation, preview environments, and deployment to hosting providers.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.
4. Workspaces and Collaboration
Users may create workspaces and invite members with different roles (Owner, Admin, Editor, Viewer). Workspace owners are responsible for managing access and billing for their workspaces.
5. Generated Content
You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. Generated code, configurations, and artifacts are provided for your use. Zelio does not claim ownership of your generated applications.
6. Billing and Plans
The Service offers Free, Pro ($29/mo), and Team ($99/mo) plans. Each plan includes specific limits on projects, generation runs, preview minutes, and other resources. Usage beyond plan limits will be restricted until the next billing cycle or plan upgrade.
7. Data Retention
Project data is retained according to your plan: Free (30 days), Pro (180 days), Team (3 years). After the retention period, data may be permanently deleted. You may export your data at any time through the Settings.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to generate malicious software, engage in illegal activities, or violate the rights of others. Zelio reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. Zelio is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or generated code issues.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
